Automatic bottom hemming cylinder bed interlock machine

Equipped with a two needle cylinder bed bottom cover —stitch machine for hemming T-Shirts, Leisure Shirts and Sportswear, with and without side seams.

A unique edge guiding system, active across and in the feeding direction eliminate any puckering on the fabrics, resulting in flat hems.

The bottom hem is automatically formed and be fed into the machine.

The complete operation sequence is using our own designed microprocessor system,

(including stacking operation system).

Suggest to use two machine per operation, increases productivity and avoids operator waiting time. Short training time and in average, sewing time will be approx. 16~18 seconds / per piece.
